By accessing the website, creating an account, starting a trial, connecting an integration, or using Aviiko Flow, you agree to these Terms and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout or inside the product.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms explain how visitors, account owners, users, and partners may access and use Aviiko Flow.
Accounts and Authorized Use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, limiting access to authorized users, and ensuring that information uploaded to Aviiko Flow has been collected and used lawfully.
Acceptable Use
Aviiko Flow must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, spam, surveillance, credential harvesting, or unauthorized data collection activity. You must not interfere with the service or use connected APIs outside their approved purpose.
Subscriptions, Trial, and Payment
Each plan includes a 3-day trial period. During the trial, you can evaluate the plan before paid access begins. After the trial period ends, continued use requires payment according to the selected plan, billing cycle, and charges shown at checkout.
Refund and Cancellation Terms
Aviiko Flow does not provide a refund after the trial period. Once the 3-day trial ends and payment is completed, the paid subscription is non-refundable. You may cancel future renewal where cancellation controls are available. Duplicate or erroneous charges may be reviewed by contacting hey@aviiko.com.
Data and Integrations
You retain responsibility for the data you enter, upload, import, or connect to Aviiko Flow. When you connect external accounts or APIs, you authorize Aviiko Flow to access and process the minimum data needed to provide the visible product features you choose to use.
Intellectual Property
The website, product interface, workflows, branding, designs, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by Aviiko Flow or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Aviiko Flow technology or brand assets to you.
Contact and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with venue assumed in Nagpur, Maharashtra, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Legal or policy questions can be sent to hey@aviiko.com.
