How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to hey@aviiko.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your name, account email, organization name if applicable, the data you want deleted, and any connected account or page details that help us locate the records.
Verification and Timeline
We may ask you to verify your identity, confirm control of the email address, or confirm that you are authorized to request deletion for an organization. We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period and complete verified deletion or anonymization as soon as practical.
What We Delete
Depending on the request and account status, deletion may include account profile data, contact form submissions, support messages, imported customer or lead records, connected account tokens, integration records, user identifiers, and related operational data controlled by Aviiko Flow.
What We May Retain
We may retain limited records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, enforcement of agreements, or backup integrity. Retained records are limited to the purpose requiring retention.
Disconnecting Google Access
If you connected Google services, you can revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops future access by Aviiko Flow, and you may also request deletion of Google-derived data by emailing hey@aviiko.com. Our use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Meta Data Deletion Instructions
This page may be used as the Data Deletion Instructions URL for Meta app review. To remove a Meta connection, open your Facebook account settings, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, find the app or business connection related to Aviiko Flow, and remove it. After removing access, email hey@aviiko.com with “Meta Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.
