Every Aviiko Flow plan includes a 3-day trial period. The trial is provided so you can evaluate the plan, features, workflow, and fit before paid access continues.

Refund and Return Policy
This policy explains the Aviiko Flow trial, payment, cancellation, and no-refund terms.
No Refund After Trial and Payment
After the 3-day trial period ends and payment is completed, Aviiko Flow does not provide refunds. Paid subscription charges are final and non-refundable once processed after the trial period.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals where cancellation controls are available in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the applicable billing period but does not refund a payment that has already been completed.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe a duplicate charge, billing error, or unauthorized transaction occurred, contact hey@aviiko.com with the billing email, transaction date, and amount. We will review the issue based on payment records and applicable law.
No Physical Returns
Aviiko Flow provides digital access and related services. There are no physical goods to return.
